Hi, I’m Elena Ermolova
Welcome to my counseling practice! I'm a licensed professional counselor and licensed addictions counselor with a passion for guiding individuals on their journey towards healing and personal growth. With years of experience in both clinical and supervisory roles, I bring a diverse background to my practice.
In 2015, I graduated from Naropa University with a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Counseling, a field that emphasizes the integration of mind, body, and spirit in the therapeutic process. This holistic perspective forms the foundation of my approach to counseling. I firmly believe in the power of addressing the whole person to create lasting change.
While I have received training in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, my primary approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS focuses on exploring and understanding the different parts of ourselves, helping individuals heal inner wounds, and fostering a sense of self-compassion and understanding. By working collaboratively with clients, we can navigate the complex landscapes of their internal worlds and unlock their true potential.
I also incorporate somatic and mindfulness-based interventions into my practice. These powerful techniques allow individuals to deepen their connection with their bodies, tap into their inner wisdom, and cultivate a greater sense of presence and self-awareness. Through this process, individuals can develop secure attachments within themselves and nurture healthier relationships with others.
My goal as a counselor is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their challenges, discover their strengths, and embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery. Together, we can navigate life's obstacles, illuminate new possibilities, and cultivate a life of fulfillment and authenticity.
I look forward to working with you and being a part of your journey towards healing and personal growth.
